SUPREME ELEGANCE TRANSPORT - TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU ARE IN FULL ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU WISH NOT TO AGREE WITH ANY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW, PLEASE EXIT THE WEBSITE. SUPREME ELEGANCE TRANSPORT RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, ALTER OR UPDATE THESE TERMS.  YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS OR UPDATES.

On-Time Guarantee:

If we are 15 minutes late, your ride is free. To qualify, customers must reserve online and at least 48 hours in advance. Excludes delays due to weather. Covers base fare value up to $100.

Reservations:

Supreme Elegance Transport urges our clients to reserve a vehicle in advance ( no additional charges apply ) to be guaranteed a car for the day you need it. We can provide you with a vehicle on short notice by phone or online.

No-Call / No-Shows:

If your chauffeur does not see you at the scheduled destination and time, do not leave before calling the dispatch office to notify them at 917-975-3254; we will instruct your chauffeur. If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the booking (no-show fee). If our office does not hear from you, we will instruct the chauffeur to wait up to 30 minutes at the scheduled destination and up to 60 minutes at the airport after the scheduled pickup time.

 

During this time we would have been trying to reach you by calling you at your cell phone, your home phone, or your contact person's phone all depending on the nature of the booking. In the even you cannot be reached we will then instruct the chauffeur to return the car and you will be billed for a " No-Show " which will be the Full Price of the ride plus any additional fees. To authorize the chauffeur to wait please call the office for authorization.

Damages Resulting From Your behavior:

In the event there are damages or other issues arising out of you booking a vehicle, Supreme Elegance Transport will charge you the cost of any repairs, damages, or cleaning to the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party's behavior. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal booking condition.

Credit Card authorization:

When booking a reservation over the phone or online we place a hold on the amount of the booking to guarantee funds availability which show as (Pending charge) to your account which you can verify by checking your credit card account online. All reciepts are sent digitaly by e-mail.

Hourly Rates:

  • Vehicles must be booked fore a 3-hour minimum to qualify for hourly services. ( Weekends & Holidays may vary for minimum hourly requirements ) please call or email to confirm. The hourly rate is calculated based on the time the vehicle is scheduled to be pick up in the 5 boroughs and when the vehicle is returned.

  • Prices vary based on date and availability. For events such as graduations and weddings, be sure to reserve as early as possible to get the best rates.

Disputes:

For all established corporate accounts, charges will be invoice and will be considered correct and due upon receipt, unless we receive an objection within 10 business days from invoice date. Copies of the invoice with a letter of dispute should be scanned and e-mailed to detrice20@hotmail.com, faxed, or mailed; disputed items should be highlighted. All disputes  submitted after the time frame period will be considered final and non refundable.

For Individual accounts, all charges applied to the client's credit card will be considered valid, unless we receive an objection within 5 business days from date charge in writing.  We urge you to make a copy of your receipt / statement and then should be faxed or mailed to us with highlighted disputes. All disputes  submitted after the time frame period will be considered final and non refundable.

Collection & legal fees:

In the event you dispute the payment with your credit card company after you have used and enjoyed our services you agree to pay any and all legal counseling, litigation expenses and accounting fees in order to collect payments due to non-payment.

Interruption in normal travel:

Scheduled booking are a set price you pay in advance from point A-to-B, if you need to make any unscheduled stops for any reason please give us a call us to request pricing.

Interruptions based on location, distance, or courtesy stops such as briefly stepping our of the vehicle for a few minutes to pick purchase a beverage, magazine or any other reason will not incur additional charges. In the event a longer or multiple stops are made stop charges will be added to your invoice. Also, picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.

Meet & Greet:

Meet & Greet Airport Service is offered at no additional charge. In the event there is no parking available and your running late the chauffeur will then need to pay a parking meter (if incurred) which will be billed to your executive account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet the passenger ( you or your client ) by the baggage claim or the exit of customs with a sign which has his or her last name on it, the chauffeur will then gladly escort the passenger to the vehicles location (Assisting with their luggage). This package comes complimentary for clients who are coming in from a flight.

Gratuity & Tips:

A 20% tip (gratuity) is added to every scheduled booking, there is no need to tip anything additional to the chauffer unless you feel their service went beyond your expectations.

Holidays Surcharges:

Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge, may be applied to trips occurring on:
New Year's Day -- Memorial Day -- Labor Day -- Christmas Day -- 4th of July -- Thanksgiving Day
