Will the chauffeur call me / client when the vehicle is onsite?
The chauffeur will call you / the client when they are 15 minutes away. We strongly recommend that you must be ready to enter the vehicle at the scheduled time to avoid any unwanted waiting charges. When booking a reservation please provide us with at least two phone numbers, so we can reach you, for some reason if you need the driver to wait call us immediately so we can inform the chauffer.
I lost an item in one of your vehicles, how can I get it back?
When exiting the vehicle please check that you have all of your personal belongings, if you find that, you have lost or forgotten an item, do not hesitate to contact our office so we can inform the chauffeur. In the event the chauffer finds the lost item, the driver can drop it off at the location of your choice for a fee. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.
Do you provide meet and greet service by the airport?
When calling please inform us that you would like this service, when booking online in the checkout section of the online shopping cart please make a note requesting this service. Meet & Greet is when the chauffeur parks the vehicle outside and meets you inside the airport with a sign; they can proceed to assists in carrying any luggage to the vehicle. For international flights the chauffeur will meet you at the exit of customs, for domestic flights the chauffeur will you at the baggage claim.
How What should I do once I land at the airport?
Call once you collect your luggage at the baggage claim area. If you arrived on a domestic flight and you added meet and greet to your trip when you reserved, your chauffeur will be waiting in the baggage claim area. If you are arriving from an international flight and you reserved a Meet & Greet service, the chauffeur will be waiting at the exit of customs with a Welcome Sign. For all curbside pickups, please call us upon collecting your luggage and make your way to the passenger pickup area. If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call us.
I have oversized luggage; can I put my inside the vehicle?
No, the luggage will damage the interior of the vehicle. Per company policy, if you are traveling with multiple large or oversized pieces of luggage, we recommend that you book a SUV or a passenger van. (We have a large selection of vehicles; please call us for our recommendations)
We have a special occasion, can you put champagne or other beverages in the car?
Yes, we would be happy to help you celebrate your special occasion. Champagne and other beverages are available for an additional fee, subject to availability of type of vehicle.
Does Supreme Elegance Transport accept cash payments?
If you would like to pay your chauffeur in cash, please notify our office when making the reservation and provide a credit card for a hold until payment is made to the chauffeur on the day of service. A credit/debit card is required to make a reservation.
When will you charge my credit card?
We take an authorization on the card to guarantee fund availability 24 to 48 hours prior to your trip; it will show as a "Pending transaction" on your credit card statement when viewed on-line. For all specialty vehicles, a deposit will be charged when making a reservation.
Is the tip Included in the cost?
Yes, a 20% gratuity (tip) is included in the total fare of every trip. You are not responsible for giving the driver a tip when exiting; the driver will be compensated, along with their check. Anything you give the driver when exiting is extra to the amount you already tipped the driver on your bill.
Once the chauffeur has picked me up, can I change the details of my trip?
Yes, but if you want to change any essential information about your route including your final destination, please call us and we'll handle the details. Our experienced staff must keep accurate records to best serve you in making your trip a comfortable and safe experience.
Are Supreme Elegance Transport chauffeurs and vehicles available on an hourly basis?
